  (Reuters) – President Barack Obama maintains a lead of 5 percentage points over Republican Mitt Romney as he solidifies his advantage in the U.S. presidential race, according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll released on Thursday. Obama leads Romney among likely voters by a margin of 48 percent to 43 percent, the daily online tracking poll showed. New Wisconsin poll shows Obama with significant lead

  According to CNN – A new poll of Wisconsin likely voters released Wednesday afternoon shows President Barack Obama with a double digit lead over Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney there. It stands in contrast to other national and state polls released Tuesday and Wednesday which have shown a close race, some giving Obama a slight advantage over Romney.
