SunQuest alert on Super Sandy

October 28, 2012 :Sandy on your way East Coast listen and follow the derective of your local authorities. Be safe!

This is a serious and big storm,’ president says (CNN)

The Washington Post reported, “From North Carolina to the coastal edges of Maine, public officials are urging residents to fortify themselves against Hurricane Sandy, which is expected to unleash torrential rains and damaging winds of up to 75 mph, even for those residing as far as 100 miles from the storm’s center.”

From The New York Times, we learned, “New York switched into full emergency mode on Sunday with the announcements that mass transit and regional rail service would begin shutting down at 7 p.m., the New York City public schools would close Monday and with evacuations ordered for 370,000 residents of low-lying areas of New York City. Use this interactive map to find out your evacuation zone.” posted, “Millions across East Coast brace for ‘Superstorm’ Sandy, while transit systems close and supplies fly off shelves

We already know Sandy killed many in the Caribbean, specifically in Haiti. Where government officials said at least 44 people were killed this week according to their latest update.

Rather safe than sorry; if you are living anywhere in the Eastern Seaboard, you have to listen to the local authority. Stay safe!
