Bishop of Limburg Franz-Peter Tebartz-van Elst is accused of spending more than 31m euros (£26m; $42m) on renovating his official residence. -She’s got a shiny badge and a heart of gold. A kindhearted police officer took a Florida mom grocery shopping after arresting her on shoplifting charges. Miami-Dade Police Officer Vicki Thomas was asked to arrest Jessica Robles after employees at an Ojus, Fla., supermarket saw her steal food, WSVN reported.
